Dignity Together is an organization that provides coping services and resources for workplace abuse targets and resources for managers on how to lead without bullying. It offers assistance to abused targets, often isolated as they learn how to regain strength after workplace abuse, and classes for managers.
Founded by me, Debra Falzoi, Dignity Together seeks to elevate the term “workplace abuse” and provide employees with the dignity and respect they deserve. I believes all employees deserve respect at work to maintain their well-being. I educate employees and validate their experiences so they can take back their dignity. I also train therapists and employers on the dynamics of workplace abuse and how they can support employees.
I built a base of more than 16,000 workplace anti-bullying legislation supporters, the largest by state in the nation. I've helped hundreds of abused employees understand their bullying situations, discover their self-worth, and learn how to move on from their toxic work cultures. I've been quoted in numerous media outlets including Redbook, Forbes, Monster, Alternet, Elephant Journal, Thrive Global, and Truthout. I live in Massachusetts.
