Become the person people turn to
when work turns harmful.

Workplace abuse is everywhere.
Real support isn't.

HR protects the company.
Lawyers come in too late.
Therapists aren’t trained in workplace systems.

Certified Employee Advocates fill that gap.

What this is

The Certified Employee Advocate (CEA) program trains you to support employees facing workplace abuse with practical, trauma-informed, non-legal guidance—at the exact moment they need it most.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize patterns like coercive management, gaslighting, and retaliation
  • Help people document what’s happening clearly and credibly
  • Assess risk and avoid common escalation traps
  • Guide decisions: stay, report, request accommodations, or leave strategically
  • Navigate HR and workplace systems without making things worse
  • Support people without overstepping into legal or clinical roles

This is real-world, in-the-moment advocacy training—not theory.

Who this is for

  • Coaches, consultants, and advocates
  • HR professionals who want to help people
  • Therapists who see workplace harm but lack systems training
  • Legal-adjacent professionals
  • People who have lived through workplace abuse and want to support others

If people already come to you saying “I don’t know what to do about work…,” this gives you the structure to actually help them.

What makes this different

Most programs teach:

  • Leadership
  • HR compliance
  • Or generic coaching

This program teaches workplace reality.

Inside CEA, you’ll learn:

  • How abuse actually unfolds inside organizations
  • Why reporting often backfires—and how to prepare for that
  • How to work with power dynamics instead of ignoring them
  • What actually helps someone protect themselves

You will.

Hey, I'm Deb!

I’ve been connecting with targets of workplace abuse, building momentum around legislation, and using social media to build a movement for more than a decade.

My journey started with suffering through a toxic work environment in higher ed — where I learned firsthand what it took to stop the pain and start the healing.

I then built a base of thousands of advocates who collectively told the Massachusetts State Legislature enough is enough.

After seeing the impact I was making through social media alone, I took the leap away from my 9-5 to help others navigate this epidemic. Lots of advocates took back their power, but I knew I could help so many more targets in a more structured way.

And Dignity Together and Re-Define were born.

I don’t call myself an “expert” just because followers became CEOs of their lives.

I researched what works when tackling the trauma of workplace bullying and then developed my framework based on what I knew really worked — even for me.

These ideas have helped targets currently healing from a toxic work environment, just like you, to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My 2x guarantee

If after the first module you feel like you haven't doubled the value of your investment, I'll send your money back in full because I want this bootcamp to begin to change your life.
